EC 1935/2004
Food Contact Materials and The European Framework Regulation (EC)/1935/2004 : Within the European Union, all food contact materials and articles intended to come into contact with food need to comply with the European Framework Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. The principles set out in Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 require that materials do not:
1.Release their constituents into food at levels harmful to human health
2.Change food composition, taste and odour in an unacceptable way
